What distance do I hang this light?

    Hi,

    Just bought a 24" Belize system with one 250 watt MH, 2 T3's and LED's. I am using the cable system and will be haning it from the ceiling. My tank is a 90 gal bow front with one SPS, hammer corral, open brain at the bottom, many many mushrooms, bubble, toadstool, some leathers, and a torch. The tank is open top. What distance from the water should I roughly be at with the canopy?

    Try around 12" for starters and see what happens to your temperature. You should have 2 MH to light your tank. Each bulb is only good for a 24" x 24" area.
