Dont have cash for a calcium reactor to keep optimum levels of calcium in my system, but Fiji Gold has been working great for me. ;D

kent works but you have to use supplements to keep up with what seachem as created. ive seen problems with it using it long term. as to say you money see if your LFS can get the pure version of turbo calcium the stuff you buy in the round containers is about 32% calcium, but the true version works really well but remember if you get it you have to cut doses by 1/3
