I just remembered, we also have some wild foods that I've never eaten mostly curried meat such as:
    Agouti
    Cayman
    Snake
    Turtle:eek:
    Rabbit
    Lap
    Iguana
    and even Monkey
I haven't participated in any of these foods. I more or less despise it. It's mostly the folks on the country side that eat these wild meats. I don't know if I'd be able to eat some of these animals lol.

Anything in red I've eaten, LOL

I've also eaten things like armadillo, Panama land crabs, frog, probably a dog/cat or two.......all kinds of stuff.

Rabbit's not bad. A bit greasy but otherwise tasty.

I have had a lot of snapper. I don't know if it was hog snapper or not though.
