    I just bought a 7.5 lb pork butt bone in (yes, it really is a shoulder, and not the rump of the pig) for making the Carnitas recipe I mentioned earlier. That will make 2 of them when I thaw them out for later use.

    Between that talk and the shark and bake I am salivating.

    I had the best Indian food in Fiji, on Viti Levu. There is a large Indian population in Fiji, something that most people would not realize.

    Sounds good! You might want to try a venison roast sometime, you can get that same texture.

    I've made that several times, but have not tried it for a taco meat.

    alright i have been craving Chicago style pizza for the LONGEST TIME....so much so that I have tossed around the idea of ordering frozen Chicago style pizza and having it shipped!
