    Mozzarella is the base cheese, though. The other 3 have such strong tastes compared to moz that anything more than a sprinkle means you have an overpowered cheese dominating the pizza.

    Also....ricotta? LOL. Far too wet for red pizza (but not calzone/stromboli or white pizza). The fourth is usually parmesan.

    I love ricotta on red-sauced pizza! That or fresh moss slices, yummmm. I cannot stand dried out, salty mozz, I like mine in water, nice and soft.

    Pork shoulder is not thrown away. It is usually divided into the boston butt and the picnic cut. Both are great for pulling.

    We should also add the Toby to the list. Its a slinger with white gravy instead of chili and there is also the Ying and Yang with both.

    Pork steaks make for some sloppy good BBQ! In NoVA the only place I can find them (very occasionally) is Walmart :(

    Yup. Some good ole dhal and rice is tha bomb;D
    Yep but puri is a type of roti. Puri Roti has the Dhal (Split Peas) embedded in of it;)

    It can be, but I personally prefer parmesan as well to ricotta for my 4th cheese.
