We have a bunch of these suckers that were introduced thanks to Mr Hearst roaming around our wild. There are even a few ranches that are magnets for Auodad hunting. I've yet to have them by themselves but a local company called Cattaneo Bros. makes an amazing spicy sausage out of them!

    sweet tea?! :-X:-X

if tea were meant to be sweet, it would be sweet to begin with.

iced tea is amazing ;D. sweet tea is what you get when you cross tea with main stream soda industry :-X

You silly New Yorker's and your supposed water being the real reason for the good pizza. LOL

Why is it that native New Yorkers set up shop in other places in the country and make pizza the way they always have and it tastes the same as when they used to make in in NYC? If the pizza would taste bad with NYC water, then I could understand why.:p

Definitely not. We have places around us now that claim to be authentic NY style pizza. It is most definitely not the same quality/taste. I've never had a good NY/NJ style pizza anywhere other than NY/NJ. The only pizza place that was even close imported with water from NY...

Perception alters reality. I have had real NYC pizza and also had relocated NYC pizza makers pizza using local water and it tastes the same. The difference is in the rest of the recipe.

I was watching Happytown the other night (not decided if I like this show or not) and one character apparently imports NY water for his NY pizza...

I didn't realize this actually happens. All I thought at that moment was "what a way to drive up costs"... I guess folks really do that. Weird.

I guess nobody uses clean RO water for their pizza... :cheesy:

I feel like I'm totally missing out here because I've never had NY pizza.
