    Hog "FISH", now that's good eatin'. It's funny, everybody says "hog snapper", but it's not a snapper it's actually a type of wrasse. I even read it in fishing magazines and hear professional guides say it on fishing shows, always makes me chuckle :cheesy:.
    Down here I've also grown up hunting/catching and eating...
