What and how should I feed my Goby/shrimp pair?

I have been using mostly fish flakes for my fish but now that I have a Wheelers Goby and Pistol Shrimp pair was wondering what food I should get for them and if it has to be target fed?

 

I have a Randall's with a Tiger pistol....I feed Rod's food to my tank. My goby just eats some of that when i feed the tank. I have never had to target feed my shrimp or goby, i suspect the shrimp finds plenty of stuff from all that rooting around that he does.

all my fish eat flakes, i feed silversides to my nem, and they eat the bits that fall off, but i have a yellow head sleaper goby, he eats flakes.

 

Everything in my tank eats mysis shrimp. Including the shrimp-goby.

 

if you are looking to target feed. IME sinking pellet food around their burrow.
