    Um... ok. I thought 6500k was kinda yellow myself. ::)

    I would never buy a light from Truckstop Betty.

    6,500k is more yellow for sure.  10,000k are a real crisp white.

    I think it's for freshwater planted tanks. Not for reefs! ;)

    Well it says 'coral or aquatic plants,' 6500 will certainly work for either, but the 'crisp blue light' is what I had trouble with.

    And this...

    'The output of this light is 500 Watts, but only uses 65 Watts of electricity ! '

    How's that work?

    The light is made by [glow=red, 2, 300]Lights of America[/glow] and it is a Fluorescents blub. They are staing that 6500K is on the blue side.
