    I dont know if anyone else has zoas that do this but my zoas sometimes close up for a few days and then slowly day by day they start to open again and then stay open for a few weeks and do it again

    Normal...all Zoa's will do sometime or other. Some more then others.

    But good eye...keep looking and you are going to see allot more "weird" stuff going on....

    Mine do the same thing. I have a palythoa polyp that has been closed for a week or more and yesterday it was finally open...

    do you notice a pattern, do they open in order of color, size, or location? if so, you may have a new breed of insane dancing gorilla nipple zoas! :eek:
