Weird snails

    I have some weird cone looking snails in my tank. They are on my live rock and the walls of the tank. Any ideas what they are or how to get rid of them? Thanks

    Lol yea sorry, very small maybe the size of a pencil eraser. Dark in color almost black. Post a pic later when I get home from work...

    Does it look like a half shell. If it is they are stomatella snails and great to have.

    Well there are a bunch of them, prolly more than 50 in a ten gallon tank. If they are good for the tank then ill leave them.
