Weird new algae

    i have had this patch of green for a few weeks now i just thought it was coralline ive had it for a few weeks now and ive got it in two spots this one and another one, no idea what it is but its not GHA but it looks similiar, i've also had a recent growth of GHA but none of my inverts seem to eat it

    ammoia nitrate nitrite phophate all 0 Ro/di is always used, tank is 7 months old

    what do you think

    That looks like cyano. What is your pH?

    it looks like green cyano...
    but i cant id it, sorry :/

    ill test right now, i havent had a cyano phaste bak when my tank was new think im a late comer with cyano

    well i could have sworn i had a PH test kit but i dont guess thats another kit that i need to get this weekend, just so strange i thought i had one, i wonder if i accidently tossed it out with my old red sea test kit

    from the little bit that i know about cyano it usually comes from lack of flow but there is deffiently no lack of flow anywhere and this stuff is moving about in the current

    lol all i did was change my aquascape i didnt even move the bottom rockds only the top :/ gah i hope this isint the signs of another cycle i hate my tank right now its ugly i miss it when i had no algae :( i want to get more coral this weekend but between the GHA and the cyano i dont know
