I've had my corals for a week now. They are starting to look pale.
    DKH-6
    CAL-over 500
    MAG-1140
    PH-7.8-8.0
    Phosphate-0
    Nitrate-0
    SG-1.025

Should I only add buffer tomorrow morning? The coals are under Kessil a150w ocean blue lights, they are on for 5 hrs a day. I don't know if it's the lights bleaching them. If so, can I keep the lights off for one day, then do a much slower acclimation to the lights? SPS, LPS & softies in a 90 gal total volume system.

It's most likely not the lights. A dKh of 6 would do it, especially if they came from water that was higher. I look at 7 as red light time, and don't let mine go below 8. Raise it slowly 1 dKh per day MAX.

2 acros, 1 montipora, 1 green birds nest, 2 frogspawn, 2 plates, 1 duncan colony and a rock of mushrooms...that are really big and bright still.

Ha thanks! Funny you ask about the salt. Just now I was like, crap I forgot to say what salt I'm using. It's, Instant Ocean Reef Crystals.

Hmmm, seems like you should be higher, unless you have not done a water change in awhile. :)

Boy your Alk and mag seem low for RC. I am usually around 10-11 alk and 1350 mag easy.
Check you water next time before you add it to the tank.
