I have had this torch in the tank just over a week and it has been doing great. Extended way out, polyps not shriveled or anything. Today I noticed 2 of the 3 heads were fully retracted into the skeleton and one was not fully extended. Water parameters are very stable. Salinity 1.025, Ammonia 0, Nitrate 0, Calcium 460, Alk 9. Any ideas why it might be retracted?

It looks good to me. LPS corals will do that at times. It may have captured some food or one of your CUC may have irritated it.
