    Hi guys

    I think my war coral is bleaching what you guys think. From side it's getting brown please help me guys don't want to loose this coral

    What kind of lighting do you have? Do you spot feed it?

    ya i have zetlight 6600, and yes i spot feed it reed roids weekly

    Thats not bleached its receeding.What are the Alk., Calcium, and Magnesium level?

    Alk - 8 dkh
    Magnesium - didn't test yet :(

    Do you have any peppermint shrimp? Testing mag. is important for lps. I would also suggest testing those values with another kit or lfs to be sure they are accurate.Testing Alk. in the morning then after lights out will give you an idea if the alk. is swinging too much.Salinity?

    Fully agree with vinny. Nothing more you can do until you test the mag which is very important. Let us know how much of a swing in alk your having too. As your corals grow the demand for alk, calcium and magnesium will also grow.

    Have red blood shrimp and have tested my magnesium it's 1500 at morning alk 7 and during night 8

    My LPS do better in 9-10 dkh range but every tank is different. Could be a swing in the alkalinity causing an issue, do you dose at all?
