These are my 2 red tiger lotus, started from bare bulbs and planted 18 days ago. I can't wait to see them get bigger. :)

Very nice, they should have darker red spots on the leaves as they get larger.

Thank you! I'm just tickled that not only are they growing quickly but they're just so darn pretty. I definitely will share more pictures as they grow and am looking forward to the changes as they mature.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if they flower but that would be awesome. :)

I'm still adding more plants as I learn what my tank needs. Slow process but it's fun. :D

Yes, when I first saw one I just stared at it because it was so pretty. Next thought ----> "I must get at least one of those"! ;D

I only ordered one but was sent three. As you can see by the pictures, two are blooming and the third isn't quite sure yet. lol

Everyday I pull my rocking chair over to the tank and just look, watch, and admire... :)

Ooohhhh, I'm excited for you! And you're welcome, I hope you love yours. Since I have very, very little experience with planted tanks I took John's advice and put a fertilizer tablet under mine in addition to dosing dry ferts.

I know this sounds almost silly, but I kind of marvel at how pretty they are. lol

They really are gorgeous. I cant wait to add discus to my planted tank sometime this winter. If you have John helping you you are on the right track. His advice is very good. :)
