Vitamins Anyone?

    I want to start adding supplement vitamins to the fish food and not sure what brand to get. Done freshwater for years but not sure what kind/brand/supplements to get for my marine babies. I feed frozen (brine shrimp and blood worms) and I have flakes in my freezer but haven't used much since I want to add vitamins to the flakes. Thank you!! :)

    I thought the other food like mysis and squid had vitamins in there? if not im subscribing to learn something :)

    selcon and vitality are liquid vitamin supplement you soak food into before feeding.

    Most do, some don't have enough or a balance of the needed vitamins. Depends on the quality of the frozen purchased.
