    Hey aquaboy do u have a problem with green algea growth in ur tank .......... i see u have the same halides i do well same watt at least. Im not shure but i think myne are the source the the green algea outbreak. my friend sai get a uv sterilizer does that work?




    sorry for staying off topic but .....anway ...................I LOVE THAT TANK!!

    I have a very nice bose system in my car, but would sell it for a tank like that, just another couple of grand......& a divorce & & &........then i woke up.

    Sorry, pball for not replying, didnt see your post, in response, i have to say no. My lights cuase no alge, heck when i switched, i saw less. A UV sterilizer would only be a temorary fix. I would test for nitrates, silicas, and phosphates ;)

    I posted about David awhile back... He redid the tank because he had a school of squirrel fish that got big enough that they were eating the tank mates at night. They were around 9"s when he removed him.
