    Hopefully she rights herself in a little bit. I had my new wrasse do that but only for a couple of days and it has righted itself. Had all of the same symptoms as your fish. I even caught it rolling side to side in place. When I put food in the tank it raced out to get it. Maybe it is just a unique fish.
