    i have the nova pro 6 bulb unit and have had problems with corals from the start, must be the bulbs? 72 gallon bow, what brand and colors would you get? thanks all.

    I would do 3 UVL 420nm's and 3 UVL 14000K daylights.

    I would go ATI or Giesemann, better PAR essentially same price....
    ATI's have some of if not the highest PAR ratings on most of their lamps....

    What spectrum are you looking to have?
    What is your biggest selling point, cost, power or look?

    coral happyness, my corals have not doen well sense the start of my tank and i can blame it on nothing else?

    Well, what are your parameters? I would bet they are just as much to blame as lighting....

    cal 460 mg 1600 phos 0 alk 3.9+++ red sea alk 3.9 is as high as it goes, ph 8.2 temp steady 78-79 all others 0? i dont know what else to do? just started doesing iodide to try something new....
