Update on my algea issues....

    Well my DT is looking a whole lot better.

    Heres what i did....

    1. Cut lighting down to 4-6 hours a day
    2. treated with redslime remover
    3. ordered a new way overkill skimmer to cut down DOCs feeding cyano (reef octo extreme 200)
    4. feed every 2-3 days instead of daily. (i'll prob go back to daily once i have a skimmer that can handle it
    5. covered the tank w/lights off
    6. increased flow...by alot....
    7. new lamps just in case that was the problem
    8. custom CuC from reef cleaners
