Unknown Stuff on tank walls

Well I usually get some diatoms and scrape'em off when they start to get really ugly, but sometimes when I'm scraping the diatoms off I scrape something that when it wave it off of my scraper it has a whitish kind of color. Anyone know what it could be?

 

Snail eggs?

 

no thats not it I dont even have snails and there not little white dots; its kind of like just this white film on the walls

sure hold on but now that i look agaon i see little white thingies moving, which i assume are copepods; very tiny. still taking a pic just to show you what i mean

 

ok what the heck? i have a pic but i cant paste it and when i try to do one of the smilies i get this for smile instead of what i should be getting, which is the funny yellow happy face... wait what the hell now its normal when i post it?!?!?
