Unhappy zoas?

    They look fine to me, just normal variety of looks

    Thank you they also have this white string on the stems not sure what it is.

    Looks like there really stretching for light? What type of lighting are they under and location in tank?

    There under a truelumen 12000k marine fusion led strip and there placed right in the middle of the tank.

    I don't really see any specs on the wattage per led but if I had to guess I'd say.3 to.5...so not much, it kind of looks like a fresh water or fish only light

    how long they been in there? the dragon eye zoas next to them are not exactly thriving but they seem more or less stable without the stretching. just out of curiosity i would be interested in seeing a pic of your light setup

    I didn't think the first pic were zoas because of the stalk....the last picture looks like what I think of as zoas (no expertise here on zoas at all) but have seen so many in people's tanks. I think the reaching for light may be right on.....that strip doesn't look like it's enough but I'm not an expert with LED's either. It almost looks like a strip light which is usually just used to supplement main light to add some shimmer. Just my .02.
