    HI gang,
    Today I brought a nice little pair of umbrella leathers. I did not look closely at the peice befor to choose it as it was the smallest they had so it was best for me. once I got it home I noticed a small peice of what looks like some kind of plate coral, (see pic) will I need to feed this

    If it's a plate coral (and I'm not saying it is!), it will filter feed like other corals. I seem to remember Jason McKenzie talking earlier this year about spot feeding corals and anemonies. You could search the forum for the discussion thread.

    Not sure what part of the picture I should be looking at but it looks like a toadstool leather with what looks to be an encrusting type of sps coral underneath it. Possibly a porite or a montipora.
