    Ever heard of vortex forming in the middle of winter with snow on the ground? I hadn't. Nor had the meteorologist on the local station I watch but a viewer sent in this cool video.

    There were six Winter Water Spouts that touch down on the Missouri River close to Brule SD yesterday. The weather man said it is an ultra rare occurence but conditions were perfect yesterday morning and luckily someone was there to see/video it.
