Unresolved Tubes growing from frogspawn, killing it?

    So my frogspawn use to look like this:

    Now it looks like this:

    Look closely on the left side of the head and see the white tube shooting off from it. They are hard, but can be broken off easily. There is close to 30 of these white tubes growing on it and a couple growing off some other corals in the tank, but they are hitting the frogspawn HARD. The FS wont open up anymore it just stays closed 24/7.

    Any ideas?:-/

    I believe they are vermetid worms
