trumpets

i have blue trumpets at the bottom of my 55g. for a few weeks they were under t5 lighting now they are under mh lighting. i have candy canes that havnt changed and the rest of my corals are loving the mh. just was wondering whats going on with them. thank you.

Could just be shock from the light change. How long since you changed?

 

What were the old T-5 bulbs? and new mh ones?

 

i had 4 54w t5s and now i have 500w mh. its only been a couple of days.

 

Probably just the shock of the light, i wouldn't worry much yet. I assume 2x 250 mh's? What k? It's possible some of the difference is explained by the colour of the lights. If the new bilbs are closer to 10000k and the old ones closer to 20000k then they would have looked bluer under the old lights.

 

the mh are 10k and the t5s ihad running were 2 10k and 2 blues
