I have been trying to raise my calcium up from 380 to up to 420 atleast but after 3 weeks of dosing my calcium has actually shown a decrease to 360.

Please help me figure out why this is.

I have been using aquavitro liquid calcification. as the direction state. 7ml for every 100l of water twice weekly. which states should raise calcium by 10mg/l

I have not used any other form of dosing.

I do 15% water changes twice per month.

I use Instant Ocean Reef Crystals with water changes.

These only other parameters I tested today
    DKH 12
    Nitrate 0
    Calcium 360
    Phosphate 0
    Ammonia 0

Test your magnesium. I think that you'll find that it's low. If it is, you'll never get your calcium up until you raise your mag levels.

Agreed, you should also know your alkalinity. Ca, Alk and Mg all are related, so you need to have the proper ratio in order to get them all where they are supposed to be.

With a dKH at 12, you will want your Mg about ~1400 and then raise your Ca up to ~440.
