I bought a Neptune Apex and am very tech savvy. It does not come with a users manual nor is one available online. When you go to their support page, they have a live chat option, except the response is always the same, to file a service request online. The service requests are eventually responded to by email even if you request telephone assistance, and rarely respond to the problem. The Apex product is good but the support is almost as bad as Comcast Cable!!! I would not reccomend the product due to the horrible support. You have to go out to the forums and figure out how to install the probes, deal with wifi that won't connect (as backup to wired)....this problem has still not been solved despite 4 emails requesting help...I finally got a call and the solution was just not to use the wifi since I have a wired solution because they could not figure out why it would not connect. There are other products that I am told are just as good and have much better support.
I am sorry of the difficulties you encountered while setting up your Apex. Did you buy the controller from us? Is everything working now the way you would like it to? Let us know if you require further support and we will do our very best to assist you.
