transfering 125 gallon tank to 150g

    I need some help I have a 150g in wall and bought a stocked 125g to get started and the tank is very cloudy and cant do my landscaping is there any tricks to clear the tank and some of the rock I want to use as a base has some mushroom corals on it can I add these to the tank with it this cloudy.
    I have the fish and other corals in a 50 gallon tote with heat and a power head to move water around the temp. is at 71 deg. hopefully the heaters will get it up soon It was a 2 hr drive back

    please help can I add the live rock that has mushroom corals on it with the tank cloudy? Whats the best way to do this just do the best I can adding the live rock in blind and leave the fish and coral in the tote overnight and let things settle rearrange and then add the coral and fish later
    any advise is greatful
