Torch or Frogspawn

    I'm leaning towards torch but I'm still not sure. When we got it, it looked like not much of anything. We got it 1 month ago this weekend, and boy has it grown! It still has the barnacle living in the middle of it.

    These pictures are taken every two weeks.

    even though hammer,frog and torch are from the same family group:

    frog has round heads with branched arms
    hammer has box heads
    torch has round heads with straight arms


    the coral is frog

    I know the difference in them it's just hard to tell from the pictures. Definatly not a torch but I don't see the branching arms like on a frogspawn

    if you look at the second pic from the bottom, the one right above the actinic pic. there you will see the branches.

    Ya I see what your saying but in the actinic pic it looks like a hammer. I'm sure you probably right though

    I know for sure it isn't a hammer, it's also not a branching frogspawn there are two heads and they are attached.

    I guess we can all just agree that it's growing like a weed!!!
