too much light on?

    I generally turn on all my light from 8am-9 or 10 or 11pm goes off at night whenever I go to bed. What happens if you have light on for that long? is this safe or bad? I own bc29 with stock pc bulb, and 1 strip of 12 watt full actanic ecoxotic panaroma LED module.

    Usually it can help algae. Normally blues on 12 hours and daylights on 8 to 10 hours.

    +1 on 2 in 10 ( thats 3 then isn't it?)

    alternatively you could go to bed earlier or wake up later?

    It would depend on which base system you are talking about.

    I agree with the above post.

    You can buy a timer for about 12 bucks and set it so they always come on and go off at the same time. I think your running your lights a bit to long IMO.
