So I will be installing my PhosBan 150 today and I have my NanoZap 3W UV light laying around, I would like to use it if possible.

Since the PhosBan will be running @ 20-30gph will the UV even make a dent in my system?

The phosban can run around 50-100 gph I believe, try to get it as high flow as possible without over tumbling the media. That way you could try to put the uv in line. You are better off getting a $10 maxi jet and using that for the uv.

True, but I am trying to kill two birds with one stone (1 pump for both), I don't have a lot of room in my sump& stand for 3 pumps.
