So I went to my LFS and someone was trying to return an anemone, they said it only floated around their tank so my LFS wouldn't take it back. I kindly asked the man if he would be willing to part with it if I could assure him it was going to a good home he said yes and I gladly took my new anemone home. I'm acclimating him now and I was wanting to know what kind he was

Any info would be greatly appreciated

That would be my first guess.

I've kept hermits with condys before with no problem. AFAIK, there is only one hermit that actively preys on condy nems, and that's the scarlet hermit. Your typical reef-cleaners don't normally bother them.
