I have been battling this red slime/bubble algae outbreak for a couple weeks now. Please help!! What is the best solution, I am now to the point that I am thinking of removing everything (last thing I would ever want to do).

It all started one day I came home from work it was covered all over my tank!!! I am done several water changes and it comes right back the next day... I am at my end, this is crazy :shout:

Use this and it will be gone in one day:

    Red Slime Remover

I've used it several times and it works like a charm. It doesn't hurt your corals or fish or anything!

Try to get more water movement in the DT. Have you checked your Po4 and No3 levels? Luna

well it sounds like your tank was doing well for a while then bam, red slime hit? where do you get you water from? if you get it from a store you might want to test it.

When was the last time you cleaned/syphoned your sand? That happens to me when I let time go by without cleaning the sand. Luna
