Think I got better pics

ok, im tempted to pull it off the zoas to get a better look and pics but im afraid of killing it but my zoas will soon smoother it so i dont know what to do weather just leav it or try to get it out

 

Not all mussles are those colors. there are blue, red/rust, zebra striped, and a few other variations.

 

An oyster's shell , besides the general shape, is completely different from the shell of her unidentified creature.

 

I vote mussel!

one looked kind of close but still not exactly the same, its the second picture the one of the smaller musscel next to the big one, but still hard to say

most definatley a mussel maybe a horse mussel. there harmless filter feeders and they taste good to =] little butter and garlic YUMMMM!!!
