The new ReeFlo BH 2700 external pump is a serious pump. At 6' of head it will crank out up to 2405 GPH. And it can still pull 795 GPH at 24 feet! Pretty incredible for a pump with only a 9"x9" footprint. The BH 2700 is versatile too with selectable power settings and also consumes less wattage that other brands. (See PDF) I don't see a lot of pumps with a stainless steel pump head. They have had one soaking in saltwater for 2 months now and it is going strong. And the one at RAP was dead quiet. A unique pump available now with an MSRP of $259. But if 3reefers want to be beta-testers, you can get it for only $159! Email bethf AT reeflopumps for details.

The BH stands for BlowHole! What a name. ReeFlo's booth at RAP said 'Ask us about our Blowhole!' I had to ask. :)

I think these Blowhole could make beckett and downdraft skimmers fashionable again. Pressure pumps without the huge wattage.

I have used a BH 1100 for about 8 months now. I was instantly impressed.
Big fan of reeflo products here and I will surely buy them again. These are one of the best pumps on the market, small foot print, silent, minimal energy usage, and powerful!

My thoughts exactly. I'm hoping this will run an ETSS 2000.. Would save me a lot of money on the pump and on operation.

Im interested in getting either the BH850 or the BH1100 for my tank since they look like great pumps, I can only imagine this thing

! question though Matt, since you saw this pump in person is it as "silent" as they claim it is?
I ask because EVERY manufacture claims that there pumps are "silent" yet very few of them actually are

I couldn't hear much at all - the caveat here is that I was in a exhibition hall, living rooms may vary. But I really couldn't hear it.
