    VERY interesting! Thanks for sharing! A similar thing happens in Hong Kong...the LFS keepers think a moray can fit into a 15 gallon high...

    You could always stir them up and say you want a Arowana for your salt tank..???

    i could just imagine what the market looks like there...
    I went to China town with my son a few Months back...
    they had salted /dehydrated lizards on a stick... ???

    Dude. I'm cantonese by ethnicity and lived here all my life...and I'm not a bold as you...the most exotic thing I've tried is alligator meat (in Kenya, not china...anything of the likes that is from china cannot be hygenically trusted...)

    All cephalopod meat makes my tounge itch and swelll, unfortunately. Mantis shrimp tastes good, though.
