Their tube is actually a mucous parchment tube. They can look really shriveled when stressed, which I'm sure they are sitting on top of the gravel. It's hard to tell if it's a stress response or if they are knock knock knocking on heavens door without a picture.

The one hiding behind a big rock since we moved? It's a temporary tank, when we move the occupants again, he'll be placed in a better position. When he landed there it was about 2am after moving 13 tanks.... I really didn't care if I could see him or not... LOL. By morning he looked comfy so we let him be until the next change up.

I just saw that my Tube Anemone took out at least 1 Chromis overnight. I have 2 pics of 1/2 a body sticking out of its mouth, tail and all. It is covered in some mucus looking substance. I am missing 2 Chromis as of this morning (they were present and accounted for last night).

I have been feeding Mysis and Brine twice weekly to it...apparently not enough.

i have three of these in my tank. they look really pretty in a group. they are fine touching each other. but i have noticed their sting is very strong to corals and they stretch really far...so keep that in mine placing them. also the fish seem to know not to go near them
