Tell me more about Marine Velvet...

    Recently our fish came down with something we belived to be "marine velvet" and as a result the majority of our beloved fishies unfortunately kicked the bucket :-[ HOWEVER....our Bangaii Cardinal and our Yellow Watchman Goby seem to be unscaved by the parasite. I'm wondering how long this parasite can stay alive in the water...i find it odd that the Cardinal was uneffected (although i understand that the Goby would be able to escape it because he lives under the ground.) Anyways if anyone knows much about "marine velvet" i'd really appreciate some info. Live and learn in this hoby eh? Thanks!!!!!!;D
