    i found this long thin intestine looking worm swiming in my tank.i thinks its a tapeworm.is there a safe way to kill it?i have a full reef tank

    could do with a picture for a positive ID, sounds like a peanut worm or bobbit worm.

    its to late for pictures.the worm is hiding,but it swamin a corkscrew shape and was thin an about 5 inches long and flesh colore.when i tried to remove it,it broke in half and got away

    broke in half? now you probably have two! sounds like a peanut worm to me too..idk about the corkscrew swimming though..never seen one swim
