tank infested with things help

    75 gal tank has been running for 8 weeks. has 2 clowns and40 kg live rock, i my bought a racoon butterfly (small) an put it in on thursday, today ive noticed the fish swimming eraticaly etc and noticedlittle white things size of a sand granual every where an swimming about, the butterfly has been removed an has white spots around his tailfin.my tank is swarming with these things, ive fed frozen mysis an brine shrimp this week aswell for the first time.things are hatching out of wot looks like eggs? they are stuck to th glass etc

    Might be ich. A picture would be most helpful! Did you quarantine the Butterfly before introducing it to your tank?

    the little white things could be pods but they woudnt affect fish but heres a pic anyway

    The swimming bugs are good. The white spot on the fish may be ich or velvet

    Sure sounds like ich :'( . Do your fish seem to be "scratching" against the rocks or other things in your tank? Pictures would be a BIG help though.

    Swimming eratically.... white spots on the fins.... I say it's ich. :-/ I know Greenex is good for ich, and it is supposed to be fish and invert safe. But careful with medication and corals and other animals.

    Velvet? What's that?
