At least 2 or 3 threads on tang food if you do a search... mine always liked Formula 2 frozen food.

If you have a refugium or an algae turf scrubber, you could grow some stuff for it.

Most tangs will not eat caulerpa due to some toxins in the macroalgae.

In general, Tang Heaven is one type of Macro Algea that tangs will eat.  Nori seaweeed is much better as a natural vegatable food source.  My tangs love mysis shrimp in addition to pruning the algea in my tank.  Sailfin and Kole tangs are what I have currently.

You can put some in a clip and see if they take to it before introducing it to your tank. Cold water seaweed probably wont do well in tropical environment, eh?

What's their experience acclimating cold water seaweed to a tropical environment? TIA
