thats a very fast colour up Dingo

are they yellow/green combos in reality or is it difficult to capture the exact color?

nope steve, these are pretty much exact on for color. only thing is that the polyps on the second one are a bit more maroon than pink.

Only thing i did was automatic white balance correction to get rid of the extra blue from the bulbs :)

They came from the best looking tank in my local club (3reef member rigleautomotive) so naturally a fast color up would be expected ;)

I have seen his images on the Acro thread
he takes a mean picture in addition to having some fine looking corals

dont see his tank thread on here though
might want to mention that to him - as it should prove interesting

Before I had my tank online, i got a frag as part of a club meeting. it went into a friends tank and fell behind his rock. when it was finally found, it was completely stark white! you could tell the tissue was there still. it has slowly been regaining its color. it went to a light brown phase and is now starting to hint at some purple.
