Tahitian Moon Sand + African Cichlids?

    I have a 150gallon tank going to make it a African Cichlid tank for sand I was thinking of Tahitian Moon Sand, would anyone be able to give me any info and if this would be a safe/smart choice for an African Cichlid tank thanks much for your time and concern :)

    Would u rec. a type of sand that does affect the ph level?

    If you are looking to keep the pH the same as the lake the fish come from no sand will help you.

    wow those are very amazing looking tanks.....love the way that sand looks in them just pops the colors out....
