Sympodium Coral

I was wondering if anyone has any of this?I just got some today and everything I found on this corals makes it seem very easy to take care of.If anyone does have some have you had any problems with this coral or any other suggestions for faster growth.

I don't have one but have read it is a considered a cross between cloves and xenia.

I think it will grow more like cloves by the looks of it.

I would like to know as well. This is a coral I rarely see, but lately have seen it on a couple of sites.

The concern I have is that it may take over a tank just like blue cloves have a tendency to. This has kept me from getting the coral.

It should be a fairly hardy coral I would imagine.

Love the coloration, but I am just not willing to risk it in my small system.

My understanding is that it doesn't grow as quickly as cloves so it is easier to control.

 

Will it over grow my acros though?

Good question, looks as though it might be able to. I would watch it closely.

 

Yes I have, but thank you very much.The lfs I got it from has had some for a while and seems to do very well for them.The owner hooked me up with a piece for $0.00;D because I bring him stuff all the time.I'll try to get a pic of that and the rest of my freebies tomorrow if everything opens up.Once again I would like to thank you folks.
