Switching tanks? Can I use the existing sand and LR?

    One more question. So I have some LR rubble in my refugium that I want to use in the back compartments of the Cad Lights 12 but I have some aiptasia in the refugium. I don't see any aiptasia on the LR rubble but is it a safe bet to just "nuke" the LR rubble with boiling water just in case there are small aiptasias already growing on the rock that are not visible to the eye? The aiptasia have never made it into the main tank so could I put the rubble rock on the sand bed in the main tank to let the bateria regrow before I move in September?
