Was ashamed to post any if this before but the time has come...

This little guy has been in my tank for a solid year, in this time it suffered the following; toppled, buried, moved, bitten and survived different water parameters related to equipment mal-functions and (rarely due to frustration) neglect.

It use to have two small polyps, the little one on the side didnt pull through.

It resided to the size of the inner circle you see and it now seems to be spreading its tissue over its dead skeleton.....keep at it soldier!

Glad to see it's coming back! I'll join you here with one of mine that is slooowly coming back. I bought this acan back in april, it has been through some ups and downs that my tank has been thru.
About a month ago I had this rock in the corner of my tank and I didn't even care that this frag was on there. Then I noticed just a little bit of flesh/something in the middle. I moved it to my sump and while the lighting is just a compact flor, it's getting more and more fleshy.

Thank you for starting this thread!

I don't have a picture of it at it's worst, so here it is on the road to recovery (I hope)

If you feed that coral it will make a quick come back, those really large polyp LPS benefit from feeding, it can make all the difference.
