    Ok so here are some pictures of the leather. I am still a little worried I killed him. Figure I could poast pics to see what more I can find out.

    How long should I wait to see if he is going to make it. I was thinking about fragging him before he dies in a last ditch effort to save something out of the purchase.

    No you did not kill him ;D

    Leathers can look like that for weeks and be fine. It is just what they do. If it is not in an area of moderate flow you may want to try that as well.

    Super glue is pretty biegn. I would wait at least another week until thinking of fragging it. When they start to die you see them kinda of turn to dust and disintegrate with areas of grayish powder.
