    Hey, just visited my fish guy and I purchased from him some sun polyp corals, they looked gorgeous (I thought), anyone have experience with these guys?

    Thanks for posting this Steve. I didn't know I had to feed each polyp. I love mine, it has developed about 9 new polyps in the last few months. Muggle you will really love this creature. When they open up they are so beautiful.

    you can get the polyps to open during the day be training them. You can feed them in the day (yes you have to feed each polyp) and they will soon stay open during the day

    Yah, the opened up yesterday and I fed them some mysis shrimp and came home from work tonight and they were open and fed them some more mysis shrimp, they seemed to like it.

    Hey, if you find it gets hard feeding in your tank you may want to cut the top off of a 2liter and stick it over the coral. It protects your Sun Polyps from the flow and let's them eat without being picked at.
